Block any account from its page and you no longer see each other on Gasper. The blocked account is not told. Report any post, review, comment, list or profile from its menu, pick a reason, and it is reviewed within 24 hours.
Blocking
Open the account's page, choose "Block" with their handle, and neither of you sees the other on Gasper. There is no notification and no sign on their side; blocking is silent on purpose. You can block anyone, follower or not, and there is nothing they can do about it. Settings keeps a "Blocked accounts" list, so you can change your mind later.
Blocking is the right tool when someone is simply not welcome in your corner of the app. It needs no reason and no explanation.
Reporting
Every post, review, comment, list and profile has a report option. Pick it, choose a reason, and send. The reasons are: Spam; Harassment or bullying; Hate speech or symbols; Nudity or sexual content; Violence or threats; Impersonation; Something else. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. You do not need to block someone to report them, and you can do both.
Report things that break the terms. A ranking you disagree with is not one of them. A review that calls The Exorcist (1973) boring is an opinion, and the correct response is a head-to-head, not a flag. A comment that targets a person, spam, impersonation, or content that has no business on a horror app: those are reports.
