On this page
Yes. Any rank can go into Stealth mode, film by film. Leave it off and the rank shows in your followers' feeds and can reach Trending; turn it on and the rank stays off the feed while the film stays in your rankings. On top of that, turn on "Private account" in Settings and new followers have to be approved by you before they can see anything.
The details
The switch is per rank. While you rank, the "Anything to remember?" card has a "Stealth mode" switch with the line "Hide this activity from the feed". The sheet that explains it is titled "Who sees this".
Stealth mode is for ranking in peace. Turn it on and your list still grows, the film still gets its scare score, and the Community Scare still takes your score into its anonymous average. What changes is who sees the post.
Private account is for the profile itself. Turn it on and new followers must be approved; people who already follow you keep following. Together with Stealth mode, this gives you two layers: who can follow, and what followers see in their feed.
What stays visible
A stealth rank is still in your rankings, so anyone who can see your profile can see it there. If you want the profile gated too, use Private account. Your contribution to a film's Community Scare is never visible as yours; it is one number in an anonymous average.
